After trying to sell my SSN210 for a few months and I had hoped to get AIR-SN206, now have offer to sell mine for a Fair price. But all the other boats that I wanted sold in the past few weeks. So I am faced with this issue.
I have found a 1998 AIR with a “NEW” trailer, NEW tower, and GT40 with 1200 hours.
The NEW items are because when the current owner was towing it he hit an overhang at a low speed. When it was in the shop the trailer was MISS PLACED???? And the shop had to replace it. so NEW TRAILER with 5 miles on it and decked out with LED, DISK, Fulton parts, and 7 round plug.
BUT 1200 hours.
BUT I can buy it for 6k less them what I am selling my '01 SSN210.
THE reason for my sell is…. SKI reasons.
As we all know the SSN/SAN 210 from 98-06 are SKIABLE… but not for kids learning at 17-22 MPH. and Far from great at 28-34 with 4 people in the boat for above avg skier.
Am I NUTS for selling and BACK stepping ever with a 6K bump….
Also, is a 1998 GT40 (1200hr) with 8k in new items WORTH 16-17.5K?
