    Our New 2015 Nautique G25

My wife and I bought our new G25 at the start of the year. We love most of it. The style and room in the boat are amazing. The stereo system was imbarasing, however that has been fixed now.
It's does have the 550HP motor in it that is pretty impressive to move this beast around.

I would love some pointers and setting up a outstanding surface on the G25 and or some upgrades on prop selection for the boat.

Not sure what are asking for here but congrats on the boat.

The factory prop ought be very good but you can get the 2309 from ACME if you want even more low end take off. That will burn more fuel and lower top end speed if you do that. If you are looking for a more mellow prop while saving fuel economy OJ has made some for us guys with the 550. These are 16X15 16x15.5 and 16x16. Call OJ props and ask for Eric if that interests you. These will reduce your time to speed but the fuel savings is real.

Ok, thanks for the lead for the prop.
Does anyone have a "HOT" set up for ballast and weights for G25 surfing?

If you have a full boat of people you should be fine maxing out ballast and set the following settings: Speed 10.9-11.2 NCRS at 4 and the NSS at 1 or 2. If your boat is empty I ordered a 750 Fat Sac for when it is just me, my wife and daughter same settings. I weigh 220lbs and get a great wave/push with those settings. I have found the # and size of the people in your boat can change the settings so you may need to play around with it. I have the 2309 Prop because my son wakeboards and with full ballasts seems to be the best. Hope this helps or at leasts gives you a place to start. I might add we are intermediate surfers so as you get better your NSS setting will go up from what I understand.
