discounted 2015s?

when will we start to see the 2015s get discounted and dealerships more willing to negotiate on prices? Im assuming once they get a 2016 on the lot then that would be the trigger or is it going to be more natures tempature trigger of a 40 degree days? Im looking at possibly getting a G23 but havent got any good offers on prices for the ones Ive emailed/talked too yet. It seems like the ones Ive contacted are holding out for that MSRP customer still.

My tige sold a WHOLE LOT quicker than it was supposed to (8 days from posting it) and Im getting anxious now

I bet you don't see much action on 2015's until next year, unless you find a dealership that is very high volume or in trouble. That has been my experience over the years. The economy seems to be moving along better, and unemployment is very low. Most dealers are going to think it is in their best interest to hold onto the boat until spring rather than sell now for less. IMHO.

I am with Tall. The old days of old model clearance to make room for the new stuff has somewhat went by the wayside. Dealers just don't stock as much volume and don't have to "unload" things like they used to. The incentives from the factory are also not as common or thrown the dealers way like they used to be to get boats moving. 20-25% off MSRP would be fair starting point and the norm these days

There is one 2015 G21 left in my area brand new that is being offered for under 6 digits. There was 4 at this dealer a week and a half ago so I guess they are going fast.

Pick up a demo in late September. Start talking now with your dealer so they know who to call after Labor Day. The more visits and calls you make the better off you'll be. The only downside is that if you wait that long you're missing some of the 2015 boating season.

our dealer is in the first yr of carrying Nautiques and I think boats in general, they are mostly an ATV dealership, so they seem pretty fixed on getting MSRP. Im sure they realize that in North Dakota there are very few avid wakeboarders/wakesurfers and especially ones that can afford to pay cash for a $100,000+ boat but right now Im obviously not appealing enough yet. Hopefully I can just find the right 2014/2013 then not have to worry about :-)

Last Fall I could have picked up a lightly used (20 hours) demo 2014 G23 450 loaded with tons of options for less than $110K. You'll find a deal or a nice used one. If you go used make sure the warranty gets transferred in to your name as part of the transaction.

Also remember that if you buy a used boat that warranty only covers parts, not labor for the rest of the warranty period. I believe that is stated correctly.

did not realize about the waranty, I wouldve assumed it just follows the boat automaticlly, very sneaky :-)

WOW!!!!!!!!!! That really is a great deal!!! $127k is the lowest I could get my local dealer to go and it was almost identical to this boat!

I seen that teal one mustve sold a week or so ago

we're in bismarck, theres a dealer in Minot now with a green/white G23 but the color scheme is definitly NOT one the wife likes so thatll be a tough sell for her. It wou,ld work for me with the splatter star graphics and a painted white tower but we shouldnbt have to spend $3000 extra on a new boat so were steering away for the time being.
