I am a newbie owner of a 2015 SAN 210 with the new bimini that sorta folds down....but not really. Curious if anybody has any experience or insight as to whether I should entirely remove the Bimini canvas top before towing the boat for 4+ hours at 75+ mph. I could not find anything in the owners manual one way or the other...

I tow with mine up at 75+ every weekend and have gone 5+ hours with zero issues. Just make sure the little pins that hold the bars into the tower are stuck in the holes or they will chip up the tower nicely. I also make sure the sleeve is nice and tight, but that thing is rock solid and I would not worry one second about it. Double check the knob screws are in good and the levers are locked down and drive away.

I think he is referring to the stock Bimini top that comes on at 2015. It only folds up on left and right side and leave the center section. It's a very nice Bimini but I do not understand why you can't fold it up completelyCurrent Correct Craft Boat
