silver-cloud hull washing out windshield

I was wondering if anyone else that has a silver-cloud hull is having reflection problems on the windshield?
When it is very sunny I see the white in-front of the dash. It washes out the windshield so I can not see the water. I am trying to figure out what to do with it. I sometimes put a shirt there. It helps but it slides.

you mean the deck half of the boat, the part that you can only get white now. yes i have thought of that happening, it glares a bit even in the garage when your sitting in the drivers seat. it is like half of the dash, below the pod shroud, is bright white, just waiting to be a problem. you could take off the windshield (not that hard to do) mask off the area (and the rest of the interior to be safe) and paint it at flat black or at least a dark flat grey to match the dash pod. just an idea, maybe next winters project, anybody else done it?

I notice the same thing every now and then. But with sunglasses on, and pulling skiers/boarder/foilers/tubers and caring for other children and riders on the boat, I don't have time to always focus on what the windshield looks like. I have sunglasses on 99.9% of the time and I think they take most of the problem away. Maybe a slight tint would fix the problem for good...

Try a good pair of polarized sunglasses and it'll illiminate most of your glare from your dash and off the water.
