    Goofy wave

I bought a 2015 SAN 210, with pro ballast, took it out Sunday for the first time to start dialing in my wave. My kids ride goofy and I ride regular. I sent up my kids first and was blown away by the goofy wave, it was huge. The regular wave is giving me more problems. It's good but not great. I'm def. putting 750lb in rears next weekend. Is this the norm for nautiques? In my past boats the goofy wave was always a struggle because of prop rotation.
BTW I'm in love with the 210!!

Goofy wave does shape up very nice. The regular wave will shape up just as nice also and I think it's a little bit longer. Fill all the ballast full (750's piggy backed in rear lockers) then mess around with either shifting a person from side to side in the boat or drain a little from either side.

I'll sometimes drain some from the surf-side (if just 2 of us out surfing), to steep up the wave without losing any strength of the wave. Also go through the NSS at all settings and try speeds up and down starting around 10.5. We usually blow people away with our wave, either side!

Same difference (goofy side much better) in my G23. Must be the direction of the prop rotation torquing the boat to starboard. Even with an extra 200 pounds of lead in the port trunk, the goofy side has about a 6 to 12 inch higher face. (I'm goofy , so don't mind much)
