    2014-2015 Super Air 210 opinions

Wondering if anyone has upgraded to a 2015 SANTE 210 from a previous model with a smaller weight package. Thinking of putting my 2008 210 up for sale to upgrade in the next year or two. I had to look back at an old brochure, but found out I only have 773 lbs of ballast! Seems like nothing compared to current boats. I see that the newest 210s with overfill bags allow up to 1750 lbs. I would also be curious if anyone (any model owner) has any feedback on the newest electronic throttle control that came out in 2015.

I will miss those Griffin Graphics!

    Thanks!

I drove a 2015 210 this past weekend for a few hours during a contest. It is definitely different if used to a cable control. I prefer the cable for better feedback, but I think after a few weeks I could get used to DBW. I did notice a higher idle for longer periods of time when the throttle was pulled back to idle while in gear. Not sure if that is normal or just the boat I was driving. It is a bit finicky and can easily be put down more power than you really want.

This was a 210 with a 409 and it was a sports car! It only had factory tanks without PNP sacs, but was very peppy.

Not much experience with the 2015 throttle but you will love the simplicity of making waves with the 2014 / 2015. Selling our 2014 210 and should be moving to a 2015!

I think the 2015 throttle is a huge improvement over the 2014. I always thought the 2013-2014 throttles felt stiff and you didn't have a lot of feel. I think all of them are ok once you get used to it. All about knowing your boat.

Love our 15 210. We've had 03, 07, 09, 12, now a 15. As I've stated before I believe the 03 was the best but the new 15 gives you so much more than our 12. The walk through is awesome, the tower coating, window edge coating and drive is awesome
