    98' 196 with FCT

Help. I am trying to buy a Tower bimini for a 1998 196 ski with a FCT.
Is there anyone out there with this combination ? Relaying the measurements to Tower Biminis is proving to be difficult.

    RE: 98

SNMike, In 2001, CC offered an Air 196 with a FCT. Although, I believe it was
an open bow. Nevertheless, if I assume the tower is the same, you might ask
Jaime at towerbiminis.com if he has measurements for the 2001 Air 196. BTW
the following thread has several photos of the 2001 Air 196.

I have measured the tower several times in accordance with Towers order forms. They keep telling me something does not mesh. Most of the time I can read a rule OK. Is this boat, tower combo highly unusual ? I dont think an open bow config. would have the same tower. It seems as if the tower on this closed bow is narrow at the bow. Seems right considering the bow deck is so short / narrow.

        DynaMike,
I believe the windshield on the SNOB is pushed back 6" or so. Your tower may be slightly different than the AIR 196 tower. A closed bow with a FCT is fairly rare.

        BKH,
That thread you referenced is classic Planet Nautique. Somehow I missed it the first time around. I was LMAO reading through it.
