Similar to what we have been doing. Just using two 400s under the rear seats. I'll try dumping one.

Are you also running the IBS with that set up? I was not. I only ran the NSS at 2 and it was like I was coming off a cliff at the top of the wave. I was only running 10.6 and this is the first time I really felt like I needed to bump the speed a little. I also wonder about putting the weight under the seats vs along the seats on the floor. Let me know what you think when you try it out.

No!! I was full. Your saying just one bag in the floor and no ballast, just NSS??

No, rear hard tanks plus 750's full and belly full, plus the 400 pounds on the surf side floor. Did you have the extra ballast under the seats plumbed in or are you filling it with pumps over the side? I am just trying to figure the optimal set up. I have been disappointed with the extra IBS weight. The wave looks better, but it seems to loose push. The midship weight slightly offset to the surf side seems to produce a pronounced difference, but I would like to get additional input. Thx

Over the side with a pump. This winter I'm going plumb a valve at water puppy with some quick disconnects. I'll try the bag in floor and see what happens. We had a boat full of 8 people and coolers yesterday and wave wasn't good until we moved two big guys to bow. So far for us it still takes bow weight for the best.

Late to the party, with everyone having different setups to create their perfect wake, I thought I would throw mine in as well.

              2014 230
              11.4mph
All tanks full + pro ballast
750 full on the floor up against the rear bench
              No weight on the bow
Most people prefer NSS at 2, I prefer 3
              Wedge at 1

I'll shift people / spotter around on the rear platform depending on how the wake is forming, goofy side will create a double lip or rooster over the surf lip without a slight lean.

I plan on custom ordering sacks for the rear lockers to get more weight and still keep the storage trays. I calculated about 625lbs (450 lbs total over stock) in the rear lockers, bags were quoted at $400 for a pair, just going to measure one more time to be sure.

I prefer adding more speed than bow weight, bow weight always feels like I lose push.

Totally agree with the speed over bow weight!

I know this is an old thread, but can you tell me the model number of your front sack? I can't seem to find it on wakemakers' website. Thanks!
