The bigger the wave the more weight your gonna have to throw in. Buy yourself about 500lbs of lead and throw max bags in lockers and get whatever else bags u can under the floor and or seats up front and fill all that stuff up! Ain't no real secrete to the big waves these boats put out. Stock a G weighs more than your 210 full! It's no wonder it throws huge waves.
No bow weight but I have 150lb brick I move around when it's just my family. I'm not into having a ton of bags laying around that's the reason I bought a nautique. When I get my custom bags I will possibly use that brick up front when I have just a few people. Otherwise the wave is awesome for now.
The 14's and 15's shouldn't setup any different. I would be surprised if the 343 couldn't handle the 750's while surfing. We have had 12 people in the boat with the 750's full and never had an issue. If your at altitude, that may change things. Wake boarding is a different story, but surfing should be fine.

343 just struggles to plane out for wakeboarding with 750's. I've tried all these set ups and that's why I'm leaning towards the custom 500's.
Struggle planning means time to prop down. I'd think a 2079 would do everything needed. Might be some hull burn though but not sure on the 2015's. But still there are ways to deal with hull burn too.
