I actually just saw this same boat on Craig's List for $27,500, which makes me feel better that I'm not gonna lowball him if the hours seem to check out.

Would it be difficult to install a new speedo? It kind of bothers me that it doesn't have one. I wasn't sure if a new speedo would just piggyback off the wires of the PP.

    Thanks again for everyone's input.

Sent you my info, give me a call and help you with some details..

Pop yacht is a 3rd party dealer that will try to sell your boat for you at any price you set.
If you (someone) want say 27k, they will do the listing for you for 29.5k so they can get the extra.
They have no real input on the boats true value, and I think they want to keep their brokers that way so they list over price. Then when the boat does not sell, they are out nothing, seller looks like they do not know the value, and also causes sticker shock when trading in a boat to a dealer or reselling.

They are starting to hunt for wake board boats because of the sticker price on new (look at 2016 g25).
They hounded me to list mine, I told them no because I think they are inflating prices on boats.

Fair price for private party on that boat not knowing the motor hours actually is 19000 to 22000. With pp, all the racks, not knowing ballast and true conditions of trailer. There was a dealership that had a 2001 San in ark. With documentation in when the hour meter when out and replaced for 21000 sold in a week. No pp stock 2 tank ballast and low hours if I recall correctly 500? Hours

This boat has been for sale for ever! 30k is way to much. 25k should be tops with everything near perfect condition. PP will have a digital speed reading so no need for another needle reading. There is absolutely no way to know the actual hours on this boat. Judging from the new aluminum trailer and fresh water flush this was probably a salt or brackish water boat. Look at the motor mounts and every part of the motor for corrosion. Yes and pop yacht sucks.

I bought my 01 SAN last summer for 19K. Boat is very clean like the one you listed. I am the third owner and boat was originally bought in Florida. Was in saltwater but this boat was cleaner and better maintained than any other boat I looked at. PP was installed on boat when new. My boat is same color with red and has upgraded ballast. I got a great deal and have had no issues at all. My boat had around 550 hrs when I bought it. Just and FYI for you and I know we are different areas and boats may be more pricey there.
