AWhite70,
I think its going to cost around $500. A lot more than originally thought, but still a lot cheaper than buying it. I'm also adding the 55m gates which adds a little cost. The PVC alone cost $200, could probably get it cheaper if you knew a plumber. I'll post how it was when I'm done, hoping to start on it this weekend.\'95 SN Signature Ed.

RE: Re: RE: Spring Project
Dang, winebrad!! Sounds like you're dang near as ambitious as Grant!! I'm adding an additional battery, reconfiguring my ballast system and adding an amp and new speakers to my boat.
IF I can wrangle some extra time over and above all that I'd love to look into putting a swing-away tongue on my Ram-Lin.'08 Super Air Nautique 210

RE: Re: RE: Spring Project
I just got done adding NVS Addictions, a kicker L7, Orion 8004, ED 9.1, and audio control three.1... still have to mount the eq and clean up the rca's.
I am about to remove the side graphics, add integrated nautique v-drive sacs, work on a bow ballast system.
If the budget allows... this summer i want to add an NVS 1010 between the addictions and an ED OV.2 15" sub and another 9.1.\'05 210 SANTE -

My projects go back into the winter but here’s what I’ve done so far and some I hope to finish soon…
I added Disc brakes to the trailer and a new actuator. Also did some minor welds so that the removable tongue was actually removable instead of having bolts running though it. Had a spare tire holder fabricated and welded to the trailer. I am about to sand and paint the rusty spots that are starting to show up and replace the bunk carpet. I'm in the middle of replacing the rotten carpet covered wooden steps on the trailer.
In the boat I rebuilt the carb and replaced the distributor rotor and cap plus all the regular winter maintenance. I used fiberglass to fix the dash pod where it had cracked around the bolt holes I added a new marine Kenwood head unit that plays mp3/wma and ran power to it, and also redid a little wiring so the bilge can be left on when everything else is off.
I'm going to add a bimini when it gets a little hotter here and I'm toying around with adding a sub and some LED lights after seeing all the fine work folks did over the winter, but those take a back seat to having the boat all ready for the water when we get through this cold spell spring decided to say ‘hello’ with. After all, I was totally happy with the boat last summer when I was in the water all the time nothing mattered but how many bouys I got or if I could run a consistent trick pass. but over the winter I can’t seem to stop doing ‘fixit’ jobs. Yellow_Flash_Colorz: Man it's time to get back on the water.97 Ski Nautique 196
