I emailed the video and following message to Outer Armour/Commercial Sewing:

Hello – I own a nautique G25 and saw the following video of a bimini extension for the G-series. Is this something available on the market or did it never make it to production. I have never seen it before at my local dealer


Here is the response I received:

This product never made it to production unfortunately. I’m not sure why, but it was Nautique’s decision to table it.

But...... Does that mean you can't buy it after the fact? You would think they would make one for us. The hard part is done...

They don't sell direct to consumer. Maybe they would do a production run for a dealer. Dealer would probably be reluctant to mess with this. There would probably be a minimum order not to mention they would be resurrecting a product/feature that Nautique didn't pursue. If Nautique tabled it there was probably a good reason

I would get one in a heartbeat. Maybe when Nautique sees how many biminis are being made by Sewlong for customers, they will reconsider. My next boat may have one of their biminis instead.

This should fix the rope problem.

This is a fly high rope guide, but one could be made to meet the need of the bimini extension.

If you look closer , it seems the rope goes below the bimini...
