Yeah I have to agree....one of the most well put together video's I've seen to date! Esp to showcase the '16 G23's surf wave! Excellent editing, excellent riding, EXCELLENT video all around!! Well done sir!

Zack, thanks for the advice. We will try the NCRS at lower setting. Glad to hear you are riding for Nautique, they are a great company. I believe you were with Centurian? I understand CC had bought them or something to that effect. We will be staying with Nautique, can't beat the fit and finish. Can't tell you how awesome it is not to fight with additional ballast sacks. we've been doing that for 8 or 9 years and it's really nice not to have to get everyone to move around while we fill sacks. Love P5! Called them a while back to ask about something, fins I think, and the gal on the phone said "I'll send you to the back and you can speak with one of the guys". Well this guy got on the phone and said"this is Drew, can I help you?" Well that was all it took for us, we've been on P5s ever since. If Drew Danielo makes the time to talk to commoners like us, well that's all the selling I need. Glad to see you on the forum.

I like the boxier look to the speakers from the 15 G, I think they fit a little better on the tower compared to the smaller rounded JLs
The lights on the bottom of the old speakers so awesome, a lot of times we ride into dusk and those lights help finding your phone/keys/shoes
I should add, we don't really care to much about sound performance, we like music but not anything loud.Last edited by Zach Smith; 11-03-2015, 05:35 PM.

Yes, I was with centurion last year and didn't find my values and beliefs lining up with the companies. This year has been great to represent such an awesome company inside and out. I agree with you, can't beat the fit and finish or a nautique.
I copied your comment and texted it to Drew and he was stoked to hear that. Drew and the Smetts love surfing, and helping people get on the best wakesurf boards and have loads of fun. They not only make great boards but the are great great people. At the photoshoot in florida this year (http://phase5boards.com/blog/2015/05...s-episode-two/) I got hang out and get to know Bob Smets and his sons Zach and Max. Bob is super laid back and hilarious, with so many legendary surf stories and fun to hang out with.

Beautiful day in MN yesterday so I was able to line up a pull behind the 2016 G23 that Marine Max has... Incredible!! Rode behind many G23's but the new model is really easy to make a very clean and very long wave.
We did as you guys said, 100% full on every thing. NCRS at 4 or 5 and NSS at 0. Wave was great. We then tried 400's in each rear corner and put one in the bow... biggest wave I've ever rode. Definitely not needed but super fun to try. Speed with the extra weight was 11.4, NCRS at 1 and NSS at 0.
I had to ride a board that was a foot longer than I'd normally ride but still had a blast.

I haven't put any extra weight in our boat yet, but I took out about 11 people, and the wave insane.

I wish phase 5 would stand behind there product like Nautique does. Nautique has been awesome to deal with, I sell phase 5 from my store and they have been great until my wife's imploded and got left with a nice piece of wall art. One would think that when the people who sell the product have a warranty issue they would actually do something about it. Nice to hear they are such a great company for pros to deal with.
