2014 G23 Weighting and surf settings

I know...another surf wake question. Here goes, I have a 2014 G23 and I have added additional ballast plumbed in. 600# in each locker and 750# under the bow seats.

With this additional weight what do you guys recommend for NCRS and surf settings. Also, what speed.
