Gunwale Seadek retrofit G23

I talked with White Lake on this today. They are still getting a no can do on it.

It still looks like going the custom template route with Seadek is the only way.

I called one dealer here but I could tell the employee at the parts desk wasn't understanding what I was asking for. I ordered anyway and received only the bow pieces in the 2016 color. I called another dealer and they had to check. They called back and said it could be done but would take about 2-3 weeks because they did not have in the old color. I assume they are just going to order the 2016 pieces in the old color from Seadek hence the 2-3 week wait.

My service manager asked me what color my Seadek was before he informed me that the pieces were available. When I said it was grey he said it was now available. In fact I think he had some in stock. I might have gotten a different answer if I had brown Seadek. I wonder if the brown is not readily available because there was a color change in the brown between 13-15 and 16. Just a hunch but maybe the confusion is centered around the boats with brown Seadek????

For all of you having issues with Seadek customer support, try giving these folks a call... http://scwake.com They are an awesome group of guys and are one of only a few authorized Seadek customizers. They might be able to help with getting the correct colors and pieces. I would think they have templates from Nautique since they can do custom designs on factory parts. Worth a try!

Good deal! Those guys seem to be really standup people when it comes to their business and they party like rockstars too! I met them at an event in TN last year and hung out most of the day into night. I'll just say it was quite a show!

To be honest Trip, not really a fan of the setup you have. Don't think I would've gone with the Seadek in those locations. What were you thinking when you decided to go for this?? I would've put them in a different spot or not gotten them at all. I don't know, just think it looks like sh*t and you ruined a "decent" looking boat. Just my opinion.

That does look like color and texture are pretty dead on.

How bad was it to get them lined up correctly during the install?
