Model year stamp or plate on boat

Hi guys,

I'm off to look at a used nautique sport 200 this weekend. The guy is unsure of the model year. Is there a stamp or plate somewhere on the boat that says what model year it is?

If anyone has a pic that would also be great thanks

On the transom, driver's side near the platform. It could be just under the platform or just under the rubrail depending of boat year/make. It should start CTC**... The 2 digits after CTC will be the year. Example: CTC14 would be a 2014 model.

Actually, that's not quite correct.

The year of manufacture and the model year are determined by the last three characters in the HIN.
