    Here is the Phender Pro

I was able to see my new G21 for the first time today. I know there isnt a lot of info on the Phender Pro system so I thought I'd post pictures here. Malibu has this system, but the one I saw had the holes on the side of the hull.

Nautique is better They put the holes on the top of the deck. They DO NOT come with the bumpers. I will have to get bumpers and install them on the phender pro button. It is silky smooth to pop in and out. It doesnt get hung up or caught at all. I'm very happy with it. There are 3 on each side of the hull, so 6 total. I hope this helps.

I have them on my boat. They were a last second add when I was ordering and I am very happy to have them.

Thanks Enzo! Good to catch a glimpse of them. I'm glad I got this option! May I recommend the Exile Bouy Balls over normal bumpers...I got a few of these to try out and loved them so much that I ordered 6 (although they sent 8....shhhhhh) to replace all other bumpers/bouys in the boat! They're a lot easier on the finish of the boat plus they keep the boat further off other boats and docks. Although they may not be best suited for tying off to docks in heavily trafficked/choppy waters, they may pop...although I haven't had one do so yet. You can get some normal docking rope, cut it to about 3-4' lengths, tie a knot in one end and slip the other through the hole in the Phender system. then whenever you wanna use a bouy ball, just tie a good clove hitch around the handle at the length you want it and secure it...Works like a charm!!

Too small to truly protect your boat, especially if you tie up to another boat and catch a few waves.

Do you have enough storage space for the Exile balls, or just inflate them when needed?

I just inflate them. I probably have enough space to keep them inflated though. Unless I have a packed boat day, then all the girls' bags seem to take up every inch of spare storage!! LOL. But I do carry a battery operated pump that also works off AC outlet. Makes pumping them up a cinch. My ONLY problem with them, is that when you're ready to deflate them, the little hard plastic plug can be a pain to get back out. They don't have standard blow up plugs. I just use a small (eyeglass) screwdriver to pop them out.

Actually no! I've worked in the field of electrical construction as a journeyman lineman for years! I know quite a few VERY useful knots! Some that every boater should know... half hitch, clove hitch, square, and a bowline knot. A few other useful ones: running bowline, bowline on a bight, and sheepshank.

Can someone explain what makes that a "plus"? Do you have that already tied to your fenders and therefore when you need to use your fenders, you just pop it into the hole since its already connected to your fender?
