Wanted to comment on my recent experience with CC customer service.
As background, my '04 206 Ltd had a hull problem. The problem was serious enough to deal directly with CC. I dealt with John Givens and Damian Carlson, and after working with them, I cannot say enough good things about them.
My overall impression was that they saw my problem as an opportunity to "shine", rather than as a problem they "had to deal with". They always took my phone calls and on the rare occassion when they didn't, a return call was always made within 24 hours. Mr. Carlson even called me on my cell phone at 8:30 at night to discuss the status of my situation.
Throughout the process, I was treated fairly, was kept informed of what was going on with my claim and as a result, I walked away completely satisfied with the resolution of my claim.
In my view, you can't ask for much else.
