Well I checked the flow control valves on all four of the sprinkler valves. Made sure they were wide open. They were most of the way open it felt.

Fill is working evenly. However on fill the dang port side will not start to fill until you run the boat a minute or two at speed. Replaced the fill pump on that side with no change in that. Not a problem just an annoyance that I'll keep working through until it acts the way it should.

The valves seem to be holding the bags at a steady level once filled to the level we want which is main issue that started the sprinkler valve install so that is good.

On the empty side they do empty but I don't think the empty pumps can put enough pressure on the valve to fully open it. Water doesn't shoot out the side like it used to just kind of pours out. Empty times seem to take way longer than they should. Fortunately there is enough after the last rider to get them empty by the time we get to the ramp, on the trailer, and packed up.

So my last two annoying issues are the slow drain times and the port side fill not priming so to speak. Guess my gameplan going forward is to partially fill the bags then test the drain pumps before and after the sprinkler valves. Get a small bucket and see if it drains any faster before the valve. That will tell me which way to go on the drain side of things. Then on the port fill I'll remove the fill hose from the sac side of valve and turn on the fill to see if it comes through the valve. If not turn it off and remove the valve completely and test again. Rinse and repeat until the fill starts so I'll have bottleneck pinpointed after this.

Hope these headaches help someone down the road get their system fine tuned quicker than mine. I just keep telling myself they are simple fixes that just take a little time and is much cheaper than ripping it out and replacing with reversible pumps. I think it will be a solid setup once these little issues are worked out.

Drain is working ok now. Not quite as fast as I wish it was though. Still have the port fill not priming while sitting still issue. Run boat at speed for a few minutes and it starts filling. Got my bell run Thursday and saw stars so had to take the weekend off and wasn't able to test the fill rates with and without the valves.
