I had a small issue with some parts ordered for my 220 thru Nautiqueparts from Nautique themselves. Townsend dealt with it IMMEDIATLY. Both Townsend and Nautique went above and beyond and made a very happy customer. It makes you feel good when people get it right. Certainly not enough of that in today's world.
