No, I am not in their cult-No I do not work for them and customer service is not dead at my CC dealer.I am not defending them as I Still don't know what happened and am obviously never going to find out.What I was merely trying to imply was that the dealer &CC cannot just walk away on this issue.If it's a legit defect and it is a brand new boat under warranty-someone is going to pay and it won't be you.Or you should contact you're lawyer.Apparently they have reacted,which is what you were holding out for,so where's the facts/pictures?Obviously this whole thread is a complete waste of everyone's time.I'm heading outside to put an extra fire extinguisher in my boat....
