Oh. I'm positive yours are a lot higher than mine. Mine are only 4 inches or so above that cross beam. I'll get you a measurement Friday

That isn't mine, just some picture I pulled off the internet.

I think mine are 14.5 inches from the crossbar.

I'm looking at trying to pick up a used or new floe VSD 8000. Would the measurements be the same for a G23? How shallow of water can you be in? Water level fluctuates quite a bit during the season

Both the G21 and the G23 have the same beam (102"), so yes, it should be the same. There is another very recent thread about the water depth for the Floe lifts. I've included an explanation there as well as provided pictures. Search for it and if you can't find it, let me know.

My dealer told me that the VSD 8000 needs 14" plus the draft of the boat.

Considering selling my brand new one that isn't even fully installed yet (waiting for additional guide-ins and solar panel still). Never had a boat on it... Lmk if you are interested.

I doubt it would matter how high they are. And why are you considering selling the Floe?

I am worried that I am going to fight water fluctuations forever. Thinking a boathouse might be a better long term answer on my lake. Then just get the boat professionally cleaned each Fall.

I moved it out 7 feet and buried the back legs. Working now and planning to keep it for now. Too much invested in it to make a change.

Water depth is around 47" current and the bunks are 14.5" off the cross beam. Also, they are ~44" inches from each other. If you need exact measurements, I can get them.
