    Cover isn't keeping water out.

Anyone have any luck with re coating a cover? I've heard there is a spray of some sort that you can apply to help shed water. Once we summarize I keep our boat at home and just covered and not in storage. We've gotten a lot of rain and the cover isn't beading water like it was.

    Thanks

⬆️ x2... I buy it by the gallon and apply it with a small chemical sprayer. I made the mistake of buying it in a spray bottle the first time that I did it...not fun.

I just had a flashback to the hand cramps I had by the end. I think almost everyone makes that mistake.

If you want it to last as long as possible, clean your cover very well before applying the fabric guard. If it's a sunbrella cover, you can find cleaning directions on their website. The other crucial part is to do two light coats instead of one heavy coat.

I need to do this as well. Is 303 better than Starbrite?
