Wanted to introduce myself - hello. Pretty excited to get my new to me G23 on the water. I have been researching new / used models for a few months and found one that fit my families needs. Will be used in Lake Havasu, AZ. I am sure I will be hitting the forum up on a bunch of questions.

Appreciate all the positive feedback. We are pretty avid boaters and have performance cat (really fast point A->B), pontoon (hang out eat/drink) , and stand up skis (I really enjoy but boys are a little young). This is our families first towboat and I have two little guys who are getting more active on the water. Sand toys are not cutting it anymore to keep them busy.

Here is a pretty basic pic of boat when I water tested it before trip back to my place in AZ. I just had a shop in town throw a couple of tower speakers and it went in for a full detail - I will post some better on water pics. We spend quite a few days on the water and I really think this boat will be cool for family. From a water sports stand point I grew up on a lake wake boarding and still have my original Skurfer (I am aging myself).

Do you guys think there is any chance this boat will clear an 8'0 ft door? Trailer and tires look pretty low profile.

8' won't work. 8'1" will clear if you let the air out of the tires and use a drop hitch - that's what we have and there was less than 1/8" of clearance.
