2013 vs 2014 G23 and G25 Changes

What were, if any the changes between these model years? 2013 vs 2014
Engine/Tranny? Software? anything big?

Here's a thread for you to check out. If you can, definitely opt for a '14 model unless you're only interested in the 550 motor. In 2014 the 409 and 450 both got the gear reduction (2:1) which made a substantial difference. The '14 also got a smoother throttle mechanism.

Beg....I might be wrong, but I thought 2015 got the smoother throttle mechanism...not 14. That's why I waited on my G21.

you may be correct...I was just quoting somebody else on the thread I linked in my above post....therefore if I'm wrong, I do not take credit for that incorrection!!

New throttle was 2015.....fly by wire.

There was an update in 2014 to the throttle too but small upgrade from 2013.....still mechanical linkage that year

I also think the change in transmission was 2015 I have a 2014 and its not the 2:1..

others can confirm by i think the g21 had 2:1 in 2014

The 2:1 is a 14 change. The exception is the 550, it did not get the 2:1 till 16.
