      Yes!!!
I will let the owner post his videos.
I saw a quick one and that wave looks pretty good. Very clean.

Here's a teaser ugly screenshot from the video

That's is exactly what I was thinking. Just some way to use that Orange wire as the sending wire for that function..

Ok Guys...here is the latest update on the NSS for the 220. I think I am close to figuring out the wave, but this video doesn't really reflect it yet. It turns out I was going too fast (12.0). Plus the board I have is pretty much a beginner board which isn't fast enough to surf without the rope (liquid Force Fish). A new one is going to be on order soon.

          8 adults (~1250lbs) +

          Ballast ~2200lb:
200 lb lead (100 in bow and 100 behind driver)
          Factory Ballast Full (975lb)
Integrated Bow Sac 650lb (75% full)
Fat Sac 400lb in Surfside Locker

I tried several speeds from 11.2 - 12.5. I was trying to solve to get a pocket to keep the board in, but couldn't due to the slow board.

I'm new to surfing and need to work out the kinks...but I think if I drop the speed, get a better board and better water, it should be great.

Let me know what you think.

Looks like the wave is pretty clean. I bet the NSS helps clean up the wave. Do you know if these are for sale yet?

As far as ballast goes it might help to go with s 750 in the locker and add a 260 each in the chaise lounge and the belly.
            Here's my setup:
            Ballast 2645lbs total
            Factory ballast full (975lbs)
Fat sac (fly high W703) piggybacked to belly tank (260lbs)
Fat sac (fly high W707) in surf side locker (750lbs)
Fat sac (fly high W703) under chaise lounge seat on surf side (260lbs)
Fat sac (fly high W701) on top of chaise lounge seat surf side (400lbs)

I'll usually have 1-3 more people on the boat and I put them on the surf side front seats or bow. This puts out a wake that is easy to stay in. The only complaint is that I wish it were a little longer. I guess I need to get a bow sac to help with that. I keep the perfect pass between 10.7-11.5mph.

I'm sure the new board will help, but it doesn't look like you've found the pocket quite yet. Try surfing a little closer to the boat and slightly to the outside of the wave with a little more weight on your front foot. That's where you should find the sweet spot.

IMO, dropping the speed is a must. More weight is in order too. It looks like you have plenty of length. You just need more height. I'd try to add more weight to the rear if possible. Dropping the speed will add height too.

It's too fast. Need to drop by 1.5mph approx
It gives the idea the wave can be super clean and switchable

its waaaaaaay fast drop it to 9.8-10.5 and it will build too.

Looks like its working great though. The 220 has a great NON NSS wake. Can only think adding NSS will give you a longer more useable pocket

Hi all, have not been in the forum for a while and looks like plenty of DIY stuff going on, awesome stuff!

Speed seems a bit high on here though for the 220.

Our setup is 10.3mph, no bow sacs! 400lb piggy back sacks in each back locker and all tanks full. The 220 does it respond to bow weight like other boats do.

Weight boat so that it is just cracked off level on the keel line with people in the boat towards the surf side.

If you have a full crew as well, increase speed to 10.5-10.7 to lengthen wave and open the face up a little more.

This has been a super solid and reliable set up for us since the NSS addition that most people know our boat form a few years ago
