MinnesotaNautique, you are loosing three plus weeks of skiing. The ice was off the lake here in Menomonie last Friday......but of course, I had alternator problems. A friend of mine in the cities has been foiling for a couple weeks on the Mississippi.

Yep, I took off Friday afternoon to get it installed......and I went out Friday evening and Saturday afternoon. It was excellent.

Go get that boat out of storage and get out there!!

I use to do all my boarding on White Bear Lake and Lake Centerville, but I moved to Woodbury this winter. So trying to find new and closer lakes. We ended up trying Bald Eagle near White Bear. Where do you do most of your riding?

Balsam Lake, WI on the weekends.....and Lake Menomen on the weekends. Of course, those locations are a bit far for you. What about St Croix?

I had a slip on White Bear for the last 3 summers, but every year the boat was broken into and equipment was stolen! This year I will be trailering it, so I don't have to deal with the dirtbags and their sticky fingers. I'll probably spend alot of time on Medecine lake this year...

We have been skiing since april 4th in Pine Island. The balls are in and our water has hit the low 60s. Whats taking you guys so long?

Water in MN in the low 60's. Now I'm jealous. Bald Eagle was in the low 50's on Saturday

SKied Sat. on Lotus, water wasn't as bad as I thought. It was great to get out again, but there were a lot of Wally's out testing their fishing boats. I am jealous of the Pine Island guys with their perfect conditions. Hopefully TLE IV will get underway soon and hopefully be skiing on it by 07.

South winds at 30 will warm up a 15 ft lake quick. I grew up skiing on Waconia, and we never got to 60s until late may. Not many Nautiques on Lotus, I tried to get a 206 out there, but die hard malibu familys wont see the light. I think they see the light, but wont admit it. I sold a 77 Ski Tique to a guy back in the 90s to a guy on the west shore top of the hill. Lotus is a great place to ski if no wally's out . It sounds like TLE4 has land and final preps are being made. It would be late fall of 07 if your lucky.
