I'm loving this thread. It is helping me with the decision about which boat to buy next.

I've had most years of the SANTE and the 15 we own is perfect. I really dig pushing a button and surfing , then push a button and wakeboarding. Not sure if all 15 boats had it but ours has pro ballast and it has a very reputable surf wake and the wakeboard wake is sick! As far as money goes I can buy a brand new G. But enjoy the size and universal amount of fun we have with our 210. We have a place on the lake so we don't need to pack into our boat like we're camping for the weekend . We bring 15 waters and ice in factory cooler. Then another factory cooler I purchased in port side front storage with sandwiches and munchies. Wakeboards and surf boards on racks . Towels in rear storage.
Basing from a dock the 210 is the perfect boat. No question we would have kept the 210 if we had that option. One other thing I noticed and it probably applies somewhat to the G21 as well is that the G23 is much more stable in the chop when surfing and doesn't get thrown around as much. This creates a better surf experience in rough water. Also much better on rough water when cruising etc... and feel much safer due to the freeboard. The 210 we would splashed quite a bit in the boat and the windows would need to be cleaned daily from spash. G23 we stay dry and the windows tend to stay clean as well.

We went from a 230SANTE to a G21. The 230 is a great boat and served us well. The 21 has slightly less room for people but lots more for storage. The 230 is under rated for surfing like your 210. But the wave behind the G is bigger and the factory ballast is enough for 90% of folks.

The handling isn't better though, but we expected that.

        No regrets here
