I found a local supplier here in Canada called DP plastique. Pattern was dead on and they were awesome to deal with. You might call them, with exchange rate it's worth it.

Don't mean to but in here but simply endorse what Max is saying about ' Les Plastiques DP Max'...Daniel is the person that did my boat, and his work is excellent! !! He came right to the house (which is 2 hours away) twice...once to make the templates (all mesured from scratch) and the second time to deliver and install. Service was excellent 2 pcs had to be redone, and it was not even an issue to get them redone because of the fit being off a little. He is the only reseller in Canada. Here is the web site:
