I liked the boring decals. Boat is "old man boring" too--keyed ignition, no heater, no shower, boring white with blue stripe exterior, interior all gray except blue accents, no audio etc............
Actually excited because tomorrow is the day to put the boat in the water this year. It stays on a lake that freezes in the winter so it's a short season for us that usually does not start until the kids are out of school and ends shortly after Labor Day.
And here I was thinking I was the only forum member with a G1 Lightning! Here's my 1993 Lightning and my 2003 SANTE.
i can't tell you how much i appreciate this pic! clean truck and boat, man! the Gen1s aren't around much these days. Take care of it. like the stance too.

In 2 weeks she'll have a set of polished factory wheels as well...

I've seen pics of the polished wheels. Always thought it was a tasteful upgrade. Much better than some aftermarket or gen2 wheels.
hey, do you use any kind of helper springs or load bars on your lightning? mine tows the boat okay, but the truck squats more than i'd like. doesn't handle the tongue weight well. i def need shocks, but curious what your experience has been.
