Is anybody else having problems with their '16 model Linc system and the bluetooth?! Mine has trouble a lot of times. I will go through the menu on the dash and try to change it to bluetooth but it keeps jumping back to AM radio. Seems like it is actually a problem between the Linc system and the Polk head unit. Sometimes it works fine. It will also sometimes un-pair from my phone after pausing it and I have to re-pair it. Most of the time now I just get fed up and end up just plugging it up with a USB cord. Just wondering if anybody else has problems with it and if maybe it's just a finniky system or if maybe I need to get mine looked at?!

Check with your dealer...possibly a software upgrade to your linc that will fix this issue. -
We've only used our's for about 3 weekends but so far no issues at all with the Bluetooth to my iPhone 62016 G23Comment

I can connect to mine but it drops my phone all the time and then I have to reconnect. Going to go with the cable myself.Comment

Mines flaky too with the same symptoms. I reboot my phone then it seems to work for a while.

Yeah...I was thinking it could possibly be the phone too. I may have to try that. Or may just get an aux cord to leave plugged in. I just like to have my phone within reach and not in the glovebox (USB).Originally posted by Bhazardc5 View PostComment

Beg....same for me here. I've got a 15 G21 and the Bluetooth has always been sporadic since day one. I just gave up and got the "longer" Apple cord to run over to the drivers side. They make two lengths now if you are using an IPhone. If other brand, i'm sure you can find a longer cable.Comment

I am so happy I decided to switch my 16 over to a Fusion head unit. I like having a separate remote at the helm anyway and I don't miss having touchscreen control at all. I'd rather use my touchscreen for other functions, have my radio remote, and have an excellent functioning head unit with no issues.Comment
