Damaged Engine Dividers 2014 SAN 210

Like many others, I have installed larger piggy back sacks in the rear storage commitments.
I have been using them pretty regularly with no issues.
I have not installed any additional bracing or anything on the engine dividers.
There were a lot of boats on the lake this past weekend and my boat was rocking around pretty good.
I am guessing this may have caused the problem, but I don't really know.
Either way, my factory aluminum engine divider brackets are bent.
I have searched and read about fixing the issue and have a couple of questions regarding the recommended repairs.
Basically adding pins, bending everything back into place, and adding the wakemakers reinforcement kit (or similar).
    My specific questions are:
    - where are the extra pins placed and does anyone have any pictures?
    - does anyone have a good way to bend the factory support back into place? My boat has the horizontal aluminum bar mid way down.

Not sure on the 14 but my dividers will go in backwards. The hatches just won't lock shut. Just run them for a day in reverse if you can. That will flex them back straight

I added L channel to my floor. I'll snap some pics of the l channel and pin placement in a bit.

        Thanks for the pictures.
Our setups look a little different.
I'll post some before and after pics once I get the repairs complete.
It looks like you moved the pins from the top to mid way down. Is that correct? Or did you add additional pins?

I moved them. She they came from the factory pre drilled there seem to be enough flex to bypass the original holes. They were so close to the edge it didn't seat properly.

I had the same issue after replacing the factory 400s with 750s in my '15 210. Even after installing an additional horizontal brace, the divider jumped the lower track and the vertical aluminum brackets got bent to the point they were unusable. I only surf in glassy conditions, so it didn't happen due to excessive rolling.

Instead of messing around with aluminum brackets again, I went to a local steel fabricator and had new ones custom made out of stainless steel, along with a taller C channel for the bottom. It cost $235 (just for the port side) and they fit perfectly.

My question now, is what to do about the horizontal supports as I have also purchased the Wakemakers reinforcement kit. Do I leave the horizontal supports out and just install the Wakemaker kit vertically per their instructions, or do I reinstall the horizontal supports, then install the Wakeaker reinforcements horizontally as well?

I do not think the the Wakemaker kit will fit vertically along with the factory horizontal support.

new brackets from nautique and the wake makers divider support kit should be in tomorrow. I really hope that support kit works and this doesn't happen again. I'm also adding a QR pin thru the bottom c channel and divider on each side to keep it from popping out. I'll report back after everything is done and I have some time on the water to see how it holds up.

take some good pics of installation. I might have to do this in the winter.

Got the brackets from nautique and replaced them and also got the wake makers kit installed.
I did notice a couple it things during the Proccess that I need to fix.
1st is that the dividers do not slide all the way into the bottom channel.
They need to be shaved down on each side at the top.
This will help keep the divider in place. This was not due to the new brackets (they were exactly the same), but just something that I noticed.
Also the screws on the wake makers kit are a little long for my liking.
Here are a few pics. Overall pretty easy stuff.

When you took the aluminum supports out, how long were the screws/bolts that were into the floor? Looking to add addtional support behind these dividers and was wondering the screw sizes I would need. I would GUESS they are about an 1" to 1.5" long/deep into the floor. Any help you are able to offer would be great thanks! Your divider supports look great btw
