New 2014 230

i saw something interesting over the weekend that really surprised me. I was at my local dealer picking up my boat after having some service work done when I noticed that they still have a left over 2014 230! I was shocked because they had this same boat when I visited them this time last year. I thought for sure they would have made someone a great deal on it by now to move it. I didn't have time to really look it over and don't know what options it had because they were about to close when I got there. I'm not sure which engine it has or if it has NSS or not. It's a good looking boat though. It's all black with green reverse-C hull accent color with grey seadek inside. Unfortunately the 2 times I've seen this boat it's been outside and uncovered so I have to assume that is how it's spent most of its life.

I was just amazed that they still had this boat.

They didn't have an advertised price on the boat and I didn't really have time to ask because they were about to close (Saturday of July 4th weekend). I probably would have taken the time to talk price if the boat hadn't been outside and uncovered in the sun and rain for so long. Very unfortunate IMO.

So you're saying that a dealer is leaving a brand new boat sitting outside, uncovered, for a couple years?! Probably ready for a new interior before it's ever been used. Shocked indeed!

I have passed the dealer you are speaking of multiple times and seen the boats uncovered in the rain and sun. It is such a shame to see it. Hopefully they will cut a deal and get it off the lot. Definitely not a good practice when your trying to sell a 100k boat.
