Walk through on older style V-Drives??

Checking out the Roswell article and how they did a walk through on their older 210 like the new boats have has got me thinking about doing it on mine. Anyone else here already done it or thinking about it like me?? Roswell made it look pretty good and I'm pretty sure it's doable.

This should be very cool. Def a plus in the newer boats to have that walk though.... So adapting the older boats would be neat!

There is no specific article on the walk-through. You can find some pictures on Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/RoswellWakeAir/) and Instagram (https://www.instagram.com/roswellmarine/). Maybe Roswell will publish a build article in the future.

ID:	493169 ok, here is the finished product. I think it came out pretty sweet. No more slipping. No more working about the knuckleheads dragging their boards... Got one more piece to put in over the ski pylon hole but I gotta glass it in 1st. On a 2007 SANTE 220...

That is awesome almost looks it came from the factory like that. I have the same boat and color. Sea deck is on my to do list. was worried the brown sea deck would not go with the color scheme but I was wrong. Nice job

I'll get a few more pics up tomorrow but I sandwiched the old vinyl between the acrylic down to the finished underneath portion of the hatch. It does look factory. I was pissed that seadek couldn't put the super air logo in the large section of the motor hatch piece. That would have been sick. Apparently nautique wont let them use any of their graphics for custom jobs. I thought that was pretty silly since its going on a nautique boat. Oh well, it looks pretty clean like this.

There is no more engine noise that I can pick up. the acrylic cover is the key. It was all uneven and unfinished fiberglass underneath when I took the vinyl and foam off, You also have the little lift up door to contend with as well
