Cruising in a '72 Ski Nautique Promo

Got a chance to cruise around in a 1972 Ski Nautique Promo this evening! Such a fun boat!



Some people who were out earlier in the day got a chance to ski behind it. I missed my chance for that though!

My neighbor has a '72. He bought it new and it has a brown hull with yellow graphics and white interior. Its sooooooo ugly its cool. Nice to these these oldies out towing though!

that thing is awesome!! interestingly, that orange is the closest color to the "tangerine" on my 03' 210 that iv'e seen. i guess it was a throwback, nice.

Speaking of throwbacks, did you ever see the 2009 Special Edition CorrectCraftFan Nautique, designed by CCF to pay tribute to the early 70s boats.

Cool. I drove a friends 1972 all original Ralph Melon signature Mustang boat this past weekend and it was incredible!!

My first Nautique was a 1979 Ski Nautique. I loved that boat. Many times it would just be my wife and I skiing or boarding. I used three 5 gallon buckets of water to balance the weight of the boat. I wish i could have kept it along with our current Nautique.
