I don't think Nautique wants to dip into the price point category. They even got rid of the standard edition option in 2014 (gauges instead of LINC 2.0 on 210/230) so the only boats you can get gauges on now is the 200v and 200. Theres definitely a huge price point, performance driven market right now, but it just doesn't seem like Nautiques style.

There was no back rest and not sure if it's optional.
The end of the bench flips open and that is where the garbage can is located.

Supreme only wake boats, aswell as centurion, need a price point ski boat in those companies to get people into slalom skiing at a price point.

The Centurion Carbon Pro is an outstanding slalom boat. It doesn't track as well as the Nautique 200 but it skis very well.

The aquatic center in sandiego has a 210 with no link screen. 99% sure.

Was at the release last night and asked Nate Smith what he really thought about the slalom wake. He said it doesn't match a direct drive 200 but it is very acceptable. Also said that it might not mean much but he has skied 3 buoys at 41 off behind the GS20.

Saw the release information on the GS20. Any comments on however the slalom wake compares to the Sport 200?

Any skiers thinking about getting 4,500 lbs. dry weight, 100" beam, and 27" draft out of the water pulling a skier? Gonna need to go for the bigger engine to start with, little more weight there, half tank of fuel, some gear and driver, observer. Now we're looking at 5,000 lbs pulling a holeshot, getting up to slalom speeds. Think the 200 sport is geared more twords the ski crowd. Seems like a lot of work for a skier before he even gets up. In my opinion. Great looking boat though. Think Nautique hit a home run with this one.

All these crossovers are good at shortline. Its 15-28 off that tends to suck.

Yep, and the guys in the vidoe are at 36 mph, and it gets progressively worse the slower you go.

Do you think all of us with 210's with nss are going to take a huge hit on depreciation?

2 inch wider beam is hard to ignore even at a foot less in length

I'm definitely the target buyer for this boat. Current 2004 SV211. I slalom and wakeboard, both daughters have started to slalom and really into wakboarding and surfing.

Never done the course and don't care about it, just don't want to hit a brick wall. My friends 20 VTX was pretty good if you don't load it up with people. But then he just upgraded to a 2016 and dropped the big motor in, with extra ballast and SurfGate. But the ski wake has suffered. Really hope that Nautique has gotten it right. I will need to figure out how to get a pull on one to test it out.

That said, I could only afford my SV as a used boat, and most likely will keep it until these start to hit the half price point. Hard to get the CFO to approve it when we can do all the sports on our boat. She is a big fan of my SuckGate project as the price point was just right, but it has messed up my chances for a new boat unless I hit the lottery or my daughter gets a free-ride scholarship to college.
