    AugAnchor

    Hey Gang,

Looking for a better more secure shoreline anchoring system. Currently running with a few Box Anchors, they seem to work OK but not the best. I am typically on sandy bottom beaches and the box anchor holds OK but as always it runs the risk of feet hitting. I have float-ables tied to it but it always seems attract someone's feet. Can't teach common sense.

So, on my pursuit to the perfect solution I came across AugAnchor. I did a quick search and nothing came up so I figured I would shoot a post.

I like the idea that it can just be tied off to a pole. I also looked at Anchor Buddy and Shore Spikes. This just seemed easier. Any feedback would be great.

You must be in a calm bay to use these. Any wave will just pull this out IMO.

That is my fear, they claim it doesn't happen but that is a "claim"
