I'm wondering if the slalom wake would be comparable to early ski boat models? Like the 2001 model nautiques up to say before the TSC years... To me that would be a win, it will never compare to the new slalom tugs but if it was comparable to the early ski boats I'd be satisfied calling it a success. And want 1!

The 200V and 210 slalom wakes are worlds apart. If the GS is in fact comparable to a 210, it is a board/surf boat first, with slalom being mentioned to lure in a segment of buyers (I suppose it reading "Super Air" on the side should indicate that). I agree that they don't appear overly eager to show the slalom wake, but from you can see, it looks pretty menacing. In reality, something has to give in a compromise boat, which was the surf wake in the 200V. Being that slalom isn't popular amongst the masses, it makes good business sense that they would focus on the surf/board wakes on the GS, with the slalom wake taking backseat. Sounds like that's what Bu did with the new VTX as well.'18 SAN 210 Reef Blue/Admiral Blue Metal Flake

Nautique really spoiled us once the TSC came out. Not intending to hijack the GS thread, but I'll be excited to see how they top the 200.'08 196LE (previous)
