Nice wave. Does it have enough push to surf without the rope?

i have the same boat, but I can never seem to get a wave that I can surf without the help of a rope. I have a suck gate and 600# sacks on top of the tanks in the rear and an under seat sack in the bow.

Can you really get those 750s full? My 600s get limited by space so I don't think I can even get 600 #s in them.

Which prop did you have before?

We can easily surf no rope, pocket is long about 12-15'. Good push.

I was just driving and trying to get a quick pick before he threw the rope.

It had the team edition factory prop 1579. Motor struggled to plane.

Now it's like a new boat

The 750"s are pretty full . Look 90% pluss.

My gas milage is better also! Suprised me on this one.

Front is ski locker bag and 300 lbs lead weight bags in nose.

I guess you are running a good bit more weight than I am. Maybe I just need more weight as I don't really get into surfing at this point because I can't get a wave that makes it fun. I might need a better surf board too.

BTW, my 210 struggles to plane with surf weight with the 1579 and I have the ZR450 engine.

Pick up a 1617 from wakemakers (cheeper).

What did the 1617 do to your top speed without ballast? What type of 700# sack do you have in the front of the boat? Is it piggybacked off the belly tanks? Is it on top of the seats or under?

Top speed lost 1 mph. But 1000% more responsive.

Fly high locker sack piggybacked. Pluss 300 lbs of leasd sacks under pointed seat up front
