    Ping Skinautique

Sorry Ski, for some reason I'm not getting how that chat room works. I finally had to close out. After my initial message, I can't post or respond.

As far as my question is concerned, I did see that information on the stereo. Thanks, that was helpful. The settlings I was talking about had to do with the depth alarm mainly. Also, do I have to worry about recalibrating the speedo after disconnecting my battery?

    Thanks.

The speedo or the Perfect Pass? Frost, if you are seeing this, please chime in too! That was why I wanted you in chat.

I have a problem with the chat as well, I'm stuck in there and can not join the chat

No you do not have to recalibrate the speedo, this should be saved in the gateway. What about the depth alarm?

If you set the depth alarm, does that have to be reprogrammed after disconnecting the battery?

I hope I don't have to reprogram the PP. I can't even figure out the chat room--much less work with that thing. And, it was set up "perfect" by JJ before I picked the boat up.

          Rats!

No you won't need to reset the PP. It is all stored in the chip!

A common issue we have noticed with the chat room is it comes up in the form of a pop up window. So if you have any form of a pop up blocker on, you will need to disable it before entering the chat room. If not the window will get blocked, never open, and you will see that you are listed in the chat room even though you can't see anything. If you wait 3 minutes your name will drop out and you should be able to reconnect after you disable your pop up blocker.

Thanks Luke, I do have a pop-up blocker installed. Thanks for the info.
