    2015 230 Linc System?s

I am looking at a used 2015 230 and it does not have the upgraded zero off w/gps LINC system. My question is, what does it have for speed control? I don't see how Nautique would have sold this boat without zero off, but thats another topic. Also, can the zero off/gps be added? What cost? 2016 was the first year for the touch screen LINC, correct? Any issues with 2015 230's or the LINC system I should be concerned with? Thanks for the input.

I loved my 2015 Linc system. Frankly, I prefer it to the 2016 I have now.

Yes, 2016 is the first year for touch screen.

Zero off is a standard feature on the G series boats in 2015. I reviewed my build sheet and for the 230 it was a $1600 option. Regular cruise control is a standard option, which I think means it is a paddle wheel. Those paddle wheels are actually pretty reliable. I would not hesitate to go back if I had to.

Cant speak to zero off being an issue and honestly don't even know what my boat has but Im pretty sure they are all the same. I do not have the maps and the navigation whatever it is. I do have 15 230 w Linc and the cruise system what ever it is works great. Not nearly as much surging as my old 220 or friends other boats. I dont think youd need to add anything or at least at cant imagine need anything different. As far as link just remember its a a computer. Turn to battery on and let it boot up and then when your done shut it down before killing battery. Not sure what part of the world your in but Im going to trade in this season and boat will be for sale through Buxton Marine here in Dallas. I have no idea what they'll ask for it but they are great folks with an awesome reputation.
