2006 220 SANTE Rear Middle Seat

I am a new owner and put the back seat in the back of the boat. I went to lift it out and it won't come out. Can someone tell me, (what I'm assuming) is the easy way to lift and move remove the seat?

Are you aware that there are handles underneath that you need to lift to get the latches to disengage? It is a little tricky. Get down on your hands and knees and reach under it. They are on the later sides

On both sides underneath the seat there is a latch which you need to press upwards (up against the seat itself, NOT pull towards the floor) which will release the seat.
