Quinner, The scale is not correct in your pics. The boats as pictured are the exact same length (actually the GS20 appears slightly longer), and we know the 210 is 1' longer.

LOL, never said it was, just downloaded as-is from the Nautique site. Scale or not you get a relative sense of space, bow seating definitely looks larger, the main seating area looks about the same, GS does appear to be wider as I believe it is. My guess would be the GS probably is and does feel roomier as others have indicated.

Bow space makes a huge difference. I moved from the Mastercraft X2 (pickle fork) to the 210. We all miss the bow on the X2.

Distance from observers seat to back seat is 94 inches gel coat to gel coat and 85 cushion to cushion on the GS20. We all know the beam is wider by 2 inches and the bow is much bigger than the 210. Someone just needs to go measure their 210 seat to seat and post the numbers and you will have your answer.

One other comment my son reminded me of. We had a friend that owns a G23 come surf with us. He said the surf wave is better on the GS20 than his G23. (His comment not mine) He said the GS20's surf wake feels like a true wave versus the G23's ramp. He also ocean surf's. I've never surfed behind a G23 but I find that hard to believe the G20 is better.

We demoed a GS20 last Thursday and were lucky enough to slalom and surf behind it. We are a ski first, surf second family. Over the last six years have owned two Sport 200's and three Malibu VTX's. This last year we had a SAN 210. We normally ski 15 off at 32 mph. I felt the new GS20 ski wake was the best of the bunch. There is a bit of a prop wash bump but the wakes themselves were tiny. I would like to experiment with different line lengths as its a little different without a centre mounted pylon. I've read the wake is better as the rope gets shorter so I'm looking forward to trying that. For surfing, our 210 had stock ballast plus two 450's in the rear and a 650 up front. With four people in the boat it put out a beautiful big clean wake with lots of push. The GS20 last week had two people in the boat and stock ballast. The wake was unbelievable. Didn't look quite as big as the loaded 210's but had much more push. I could easily surf 50% further back. The only better wave I've surfed is on a G23. Performance wise, the boat handles like a ski boat. Great hole shot and stays flat in the turns. Forward vision is excellent at speed as the boat rides so flat in the water. Boat interior feels bigger than the 210 which is possible given the significant extra beam. Storage is massive for a twenty foot boat.
Nautique has hit a home run with this boat. There really is no crossover that even comes close when you factor in the different discipline wakes, handling, storage and fit and finish.
            Custom ordered a 2017 today. 😀

Has anyone commented on the wakeboard (hydrofoil) wake? Maybe I missed it.

Looks like the GS20 is stacking up to be a grand slam, and would more than bridge the gap between my beloved MC X2 and SAN210.

Yes I do. Less of a bump in the middle. I think 28 off would be even better but didn't get a chance to try it.

I would really like to hear about the wake board wake as well. Low speed is it clean for beginners? How is the transition when you run pro ballast ? Is it poppy or rampy? Is it bigger than a 210 ?
If they do come out with a gs22 there maybe some guys selling there g23s for this boat.

                      My review is here:

                      http://www.planetnautique.com/vb5/fo...ue-gs20-review

There is a 6-minute video with several different activities featured.

I did not show the wakeboard wake at full ballast because we ran out of time. There are plenty of other videos out there that show this though, so I wasn't too worried about it.
