PCM 409 CWS Winterization

I am helping a friend winterize his 14' G23 with the 409 CWS motor, which I believe is a Crusader / salt water motor.
Finding conflicting info online regarding drain plugs, we have all removed but not sure if we need to drain the manifolds? On a closed system is it just antifreeze in the manifolds or do they need to be drained as well?
I have found 2 different procedures online, 1 without manifold drains and 1 with.
