2014/2015 Super Air 210 Surf Wave...Convince me I will love it (or not?)

Change Title hoping for a little more feedback. Seriously looking at 2014 and 2015 210's but am a little concerned about the surf wave as that is 90% of what we do. We are 50+ year old recreational riders. Personal boat was an awesome 2004 210 that we sold this summer due to our surfing habit and have mainly surfed behind Centurions and MC NXT-22 this summer. Enjoyed their wave but would like to be just a little better for bragging rights if nothing else. I have a 2015 in mind with NSS and Pro Ballast but haven't been able to get to it for demo. I did demo a 2013 this week with NSS but no pro ballast and was a little disappointed. Any feedback/suggestions are much appreciated!

If set up correctly the 2014 Sante 210 with nss and pro ballast has a pretty good surf wave.

I have a 2015 sante210(that is for sale). I took the pro ballast bags out and replaced with 750's. Awesome wave. I can ride 25' back from boat. I upgraded prop also.

You have a beautiful boat Evanrude.......I saw it when you posted and it's gorgeous! Out of my price range/budget by about 15% or I'd be all over it.

The 750's in place of pro ballast will make a very good wave! I had a 2014 210. Loved that thing.

Needs da a little extra bow weight also.

That's a 2013 with stock ballast, extra 750's in the rear and extra 370 tube sac in the ski locker. You won't be disappointed in anything with this boat.

I had a 2014 210 and thought I was upgrading to a g21 so i did it the deal without water testing the g21. I finally sold the g and am looking for a 2015 or newer 210. the surf wake is better on the 210 and the pro ballast is the proper weight for the nss plate there was never a need to add more weight. the 210 has a great push and shape.

Tom do you have any pics or video of your wave on your 210 you sold? We'd like to see what you had going if possible

The wave is definitely better on a G21 if it's set up right (factory settings are bad). But, a newer 210 weighted above pro ballast is still very nice and big!

210 shape is much better it is very similar to the new g23. the g21 has a great wakeboard wake but surf wake is really close in shape to the wakeboard wake in that it has a vertical lip that is harsh. they need and probably will change the hull. that is my opinion from owning both

I guess it's a matter of preference. Either way, the 210 wave is a great!

As mentioned. The 14-current 210 is about as good as it gets with a surf wake in the 21ft category. It rivals bigger boats form other mfg's . Solid all around boat if you need the 21ft package.
