Ballast/NSS and more set up for 2014 210

Should be getting my new to me 2014 210 tomorrow. Want to make sure this beast is ready to go when spring hits. What's the suggested ballast set up? I have the pro ballast but plan on swapping the 350's. Is 750 the best fit? Do you add more bow weight on top of stock when increasing the locker weight(arrow sac?)? Do you need to prop up from the factory to take on the extra weight?

Brand new to NSS what's the suggested settings?

The only thing missing on this boat was the surf pipe(I was surprised a 2014 didn't have it). I've read a lot on this and do think it's a good add. Should i just go with the Nautique stock pipe or is there any benefit to using FAE instead?

It's pretty simple. Have wakemakers build some custom sacks for the front and back. NSS on 0. Adjust speed to whatever you like. FAE is awesome. I'd get the stock surf pipe since it looks so much better and doesn't need any funky support brackets.

If you have pro ballast, take out the factory bags and put in 750# bags. Fill everything full. Put some weight in the nose (i use a 150# sack) set your speed around 10.8 and NSS between 1-3 and go for it. You should be able to surf 20' easy. I dont have many pics of wave but have attached one.

Also, you will want to re-prop.

Do you HAVE to re-prop? I am buying a 2017 230 and am looking into this stuff as well. If you do have to, which are typical?

I wanted to add more weight but didn't want to lose my storage trays so I had some custom bags made that used up all the available space below the trays. As you can see in the picture, the new sacks are much bigger than the factory pro ballast. Pro ballast adds 600 pounds of weight so that's 300 pounds per sack, my new sacks are 450 pounds each.
I now have a much better surf wave and still have my storage trays in place.
For my purposes, I did not need to re-prop.

You dont HAVE to reprop I got along ok with factory prop. When I switched to the ACME 1617 it made a huge difference. I would highly recommend it.
