wake experts wake shaper for wake surfing a SAN 210

With all the wake shaping tabs out there Im curious if anyone has tried the Wake Experts wake shaper? Theyre only $129. I know i can make one for about half that, but Id rather just buy one for the extra $50 or so. There are so many out there - delta, ronix, etc - that Im curious if these are cheap for a reason or if any of them actually work the same. I have a 2009 SAN 210. Heres the link to Wake Experts - http://www.wakeexperts.com/

    Thanks!

I am very much looking in that price range also...I don't see the point of paying more. The ones with 2 suction cups all seem to have same base. And what is there to lose. Not much.

I was thinking about this one.

Here's another thread I recently started about surf shapers. I added these options.

I just ordered the wake experts one for $129 shipped. Ill post results once i get it out. For that price id rather not run around buying parts and making an initial one.

          For anyone following this thread:

Got the wake experts $129 surf master out. I was shocked at the difference. Using typical wake set up (2100ish #s - both rears and both centers full) it made my wave taller and longer than i have ever seen it before. We used to just weight one side rear tanks and tie a 600# bag to the tower and another 200#s in the nose. It took me about 20 minutes to set up the old way.

This was just stick it on and go. Not only was the wave better, but took literally 30 sec to attach. For the people who like to surf and dont have a tab yet - Id go get one. i dont this the brand matters as they all do the same thing. Wake Experts was the cheapest one i found.

600# bag on port seat. Strapped around tower base so it doesn't roll off.

I clicked "open in new tab" and then opened it with VLC. Good looking wave!
