Stated above...."Brown is in".....LOL...Yeah right. Brown may be in on the exterior...but that brown interior seriously looks like little baby poop. I don't want to sit on baby poop!!!! I know...I know...some will like it......and that's OK...........

Brown is the teal and pink of 2017! Some poor soul will staring at his brown boat in 2 years wondering just what the heck he was thinking.'08 196LE (previous)

Agreed. No way I'd buy a boat with that interior. It's going to get intolerably hot in July and August. And it's ugly. And in 2 years it's going to look dated and nobody will buy it.

Have to agree with too much seadek on the GS.... and definitely not a fan of the brown interior. Although, after seeing the new ultra white interior, no way I would have that either...... there was 1 tiny bug on the rear seat of a G23 I was looking at and even from the bow, I couldn't get my eyes off that speck.... Im already a bit crazy about keeping things clean but that white would drive me insane!

The Atlanta boat show is this weekend. I wish I could go, but too much going on this weekend to make it. I hope some pics show up on here. I'm ready for some more boat eye candy!

The day you take that GS22 off the lot will be the last day that boat looks that clean. There's no way to wax/polish it with so much crap on it like that. Why didn't they just make the upholstered lids larger in the back? If I was ordering one, I'd be ordering it WITHOUT the Seadeck in certain areas. As for the brown seats... big mistake.

I agree on the brown not being my ideal choice, but I did see the awesome update on a 2001 from N3boatworks that made me second guess myself.

Yeah...but the "Nice" touch of brown looks SOOO much better in that old Barefoot than it does in any of the new boats. That is just the right amount of brown and accents to make it look really cool. And...as far as the SeaDeck in the GS 20/22....the dash and glove box area as well as under the gunnels......what is that pattern? Couldn't it have been better than the headboard at Hugh Hefner's mansion??? Really??

I think the brown looks OK as an accent if done right but these boats with all brown interiors are too much. And sitting on those brown seats in TX sun during July or August might result in a trip to the ER.
I also don't get the appeal of the brown gel coat. Not for me but to each his own
