Wow, that is like a garage, very nice!!

The only negatives I could think of on the 29' vs 26' is add'l bulk and material to deal with twice a year installing/removing. Getting to those zippers would also be tough if they are 3' from the platform. Birds love to make nests in the corners also, if the canopy is 2'-3' beyond the platform or bow it would be difficult to reach those areas without floating the boat and then moving forward and back, in the spring I am cleaning out nest construction every day. Considering your boat is about 23' end to end, you have 18" overhang at both ends with a 26, more then adequate IMO.

What do they want for that lift?? Down here in Northern Ill a Floe similarly equipped is going to be 10-11k, Shorestation about 1k or so less.

The Beach King does have 3 zippers in the back. Their website needs some updating. This is what the dealer sent. They have some way to roll up when using your boat.

As for Lift-Tech I did talk with Steve who I think is the owner. Great guy. He did recommend 24 volt and let me know that Auto-Stop will be on DC models this year. He had many stories to tell about towers going thru canopies. Mostly around kids finding the remotes and playing with them.

I was going to go with a 29 ft canopy vs 26 ft. 26 would be fine form my G21. Any reason not to go with a 29 foot?
I believe that it was Steve that I spoke to also, I agree, great guy and I really like their lift motor.
I have a 26' canopy and it's plenty long enough, that being said, I would like to have the extra space of a 29' canopy.
Something to give some thought to: It may be tough to put on and remove the canopy cover (the vinyl) at the beginning and end of each season.
To do this, I put my boat (SAN 210) on the lift, raise it up and stand on it. I put the cover up on the frame, unfold it and set it in place. My cover is secured on the frame with bungee cords, I'm 6' 2" and really have to stretch out to secure the front of the cover (the sides and back are no problem) no way would I come close to reaching the front of a 29' canopy.
I'm sure there are other ways to put on the cover (maybe while it's still on land?) that would work better than standing on the bow of your boat, just something to consider.

That Beach King canopy looks good and I like seeing that they added the two zippers. I like the long cover that hangs down low, great protection from the sun and elements but not so great when trying to get in and out of the boat. My neighbor had his cover made about a foot shorter only on the dock side, they were happy to do that for him at no extra charge. He still has the full protection on 3 sides and also has good access in and out of the boat.

I've got the beach king 5K with the 26' canopy. I fixed the bird nests by hanging a plastic owl from Menards inside of the canopy. Haven't had a bird since.

As far as the canopy, I like to see as much lake and sunshine as possible, and the 29' would be half as long as my dock!

The 110V lift motor is sweet, especially with the key fob remotes.

No issues, I'm in my third season with it.

Note to self: I need to remember to narrow up the front of the bunks to bring the front of the boat up a few more inches...
